0 | This is a great recipe! INGREDIENTS: 1 WHOLE CHICKEN 1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM( OR CREAM OF CHICKEN IF YOU PREFER IT) 1 LARGE BAG OF FROZEN BROCCOLI 1 LARGE BAG OF SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE 1 13X9 BAKING DISH- (Or wing it if you want!) DIRECTIONS: Take and boil your chicken, until its done, or that the meat is close to coming off the bones. Take out, and set to the side to cool. Next, you preheat your oven to 350, or 375 . Layer the frozen brocolli in the bottom of the pan. Next, you want to strip the chicken off the bones, and put the meat that you want in a layer on top of the broccoli. I usually use the breast, and the meat that looks appetizing, you dont want red meat, or bones in it, so be careful. After that I strain a cup of leftover chicken broth, and mix it on top of the stove with the cream of mushroom soup. Put the shredded cheddar cheese onto the top of the chicken, and then pour mixture over the cheese, chicken, and broccoli. Be carefull that you dont add to much, you dont want it soupy. Then place into the oven, and bake till cheese is melted, and csserole is done! ENJOY! |

0 | This sounds positively yummy! I would like to try this one, as I think it will be easily adaptable for my husband's gluten intolerance (celiac disease), just by changing one ingredient and going with a gluten free cream of mushroom soup. I know he would love it! =) Thanks for posting this one for us to try! Mare |
