0 | I have 2 great ingredients to add to a salad! They are great together and taste wonderful in salads, you won't believe it. If you are on a diet, you will need a protein and fruit to add to the well-balanced meal. Just add the next 2 ingredients to your salad and you'll be hooked! The meat (protein)group: 1 TBLS peanut butter The fruit group: 1 TBLS Sugar Free jelly (any flavor) Melt the two ingredients in the microwave till stir consistency and stir well. Pour into salad and enjoy! It's so delicious... =) |

0 | PB&J on salad... w00t! I know though, having protein (PB) and fruit/veggies are important. Don't forget to add some low-fat crackers (whole wheat, if possible) for the fiber! =P lol Kell |

0 | Oh I'm not forgetting the fiber....the salad greens count as the fiber. Ya have to watch because the crackers are also starch (even tho they are low-fat) and add to your waist, which we don't want. Believe me KellKell, I've been through all this when I learned the good foods versus the bad. When I started my weightloss diet, I learned how to eat right. Starch is the no.1 thing that puts the thickness on the belly/waist. You can add the crackers periodically. ![]() |

0 | I forgot to add that the peanut butter is "reduced fat". It'll scare ya when you check out how much fat is in the regular!! Yikes ![]() |

0 | I have a solution to that dull drab taste of lettuce!! Whenever I ate plain lettuce, I was never satisfied, until now. Some of you are going to think I'm a very crazy person but try this, it's so good!! Anyway, cut up your lettuce (just lettuce) and put in bowl. Here's the clincher....Add 1 tube of the Splenda French Vanilla and 1-2 tsps of balsamic vinegar (to your taste) to the lettuce and mix thoroughly. It adds a nice little zing and satisfies a sweet craving. Yummy!! ![]() |
